I’ve taken our Labradoodle, Chewie, to Vicki for years now, and it honestly feels like visiting a friend. She’s so warm and welcoming, and you can genuinely tell how much she loves what she does. Chewie always comes away looking and smelling immaculate, and I wouldn’t dream of taking him anywhere else. Appointments are always sorted well in advance, and she always goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. We had an amazing experience with Groomed by Vicki! Vicki did such a fantastic job with our nervous dog, Nova. She was so patient, kind and reassuring, and really helped Nova feel comfortable. Kika has been going to Vicki for 6 years now, ever since she was a tiny puppy! 🐶❤️ I’ve always known she is in the best hands. Kika used to be absolutely terrified of the dryer, but Vicki was always incredibly patient, gentle and understanding with her. Thanks to Vicki’s calm approach and patience, Kika eventually overcame her fear, which really shows how much care and attention Vicki gives to every dog she looks after. 🥰 Kika always comes back looking and smelling amazing, and most importantly, I have complete peace of mind knowing that she is safe, happy and well cared for. Excellent groomer, Banjo always comes back looking stunning and smelling amazing. Vicki looks after Banjo whilst grooming him she is very talented and he is groomed as per our request  ie stripped due to his breed. Vicki is a lovely,friendly lady. My cocker spaniel and Cavalier go together for their 'Spa Session ' They are both a bit nervy and Milo hates his paws being touched but Vicki does a great job. We have been taking our Cockapoo George to Vicki for over a year now and he always enjoys going for his grooms. He is a very nervous dog but Vicki is so good with him, reassuring him & making sure he is comfortable throughout his appointment. He always comes home perfectly groomed and smelling amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the care our working cocker spaniel receives when she is groomed by Vicki. She is naturally very nervous and timid, so finding a groomer who is patient, gentle and understanding is so important to us. The Dirty Bertie shampoo is amazing too! I picked my border terrier up to find they had used clippers on his head, he's never been cut with clippers on his head or anywhere else before, because I used to stay with him so I no, and they nicked his head. The groomers had cuts down their arms because they put him in the bath, he hates the bath, I did not realise they were going to bath him. And any groomer of border terriers knows that you don't bath a border. Also the two women must have really held him down in the bath to get the scratches they got. My beautiful boy is not himself since leaving there his naughty personality has been replaced by a timid dog. I will definitely not be going back and ask that anyone else stops and thinks about using them.
